Missions and responsibilities:
- Schedule client appointments, manage schedules
- Update existing sales reports
- Prepare quotes and track deliveries
- Track and strengthen sales process (quote, followup, delivery)
- Maintain customer database (CRM Salesforce)
This post is for you if:
- You have about 3 years of experience, preferably in the field of IT
- English has no secrets for you
- You know a CRM tool and office software
- A convincing experience in a similar position at a software publisher would be great
- You thrive on rigor and effectiveness
- You have good interpersonal skills
- Your written and oral communication skills are excellent
